Returns & Cancellations
Can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you took possession of the goods. If there are multiple packages, the receipt of the last package applies.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at garagethread@proton.me. You may use the statutory sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.
Who pays for return shipping?
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
My item is faulty or damaged — what now?
In case of misprints, wrong items, or transport damage, please write to us within 30 days of receipt at garagethread@proton.me with a photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement — no return necessary.
What cannot be returned?
We cannot accept items that have clearly been worn, washed, or damaged.
